voixio.com offers free international phone calls to many countries including India, USA, Russia, Malaysia from Internet. The only catch is, you’ll have to watch a small advertisement before you can place the free call to landlines, mobiles, email & SIP addresses.

1. Goto Voixio.com, a complete flash based phone, registration is must and is simple. After the registration you can place the call immediately. Allow Flash access to mic and webcam.
2. Select the country you want to place the call first from drop down and after the Country code appears, type the phone number and hit the green voice call.
3. Here you have an option to place the calling Free ( after seeing ad ) or using paid version Vioxio Plus ( not so competitive rates).
4. After the advertisement completes, call is connected immediately.

I have tried it to call India and USA successfully and it works. I noticed the following.

• - They offer different free talk time for different countries.
• - They have a call limit like 3 calls per IP address per day. I haven’t tried with any proxy hacks.
